Welcome to VLDR Jewellery. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About VLDR Jewellery
VLDR Jewellery is an independent UK-based jewellery brand offering made-to-order pieces. Every item is handcrafted with care, and these terms form the agreement between us (the seller) and you (the customer).

2. Ordering & Processing Times
All jewellery is made to order. Please allow 2–5 working days for production before dispatch.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email. I reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances or errors, in which case a full refund will be provided.

3. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Secure payments are processed via Shopify's integrated payment systems. VLDR Jewellery does not store or have access to your payment information.

4. Shipping

• UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.
• International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked International.

Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or handling charges. These are not included in the purchase price and will not be refunded in the case of returns.

5. Returns & Exchanges
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided items are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Important: You must request a return authorisation before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns will be refused.

Non-returnable items:

• Earrings, for hygiene reasons
• Custom or personalised pieces, including items made in solid gold

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please ensure returns are sent via a tracked method.

6. Custom Orders
Custom pieces, including solid 9k or 18k gold jewellery, are final sale and non-returnable. These are handcrafted specifically to your specifications and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of VLDR Jewellery and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

8. Liability
VLDR Jewellery is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of its products. While great care is taken in creation, jewellery must be worn responsibly and cared for properly.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
