Shipping & Returns

Each VLDR piece is made to order, crafted with care and intention — just for you. Below is everything you need to know about production time, delivery, and returns.


Production Time

All jewellery is made to order.
Please allow 3–5 working days for your piece to be handcrafted before it is dispatched.

If you need your order sooner, I offer a Fast Track Service for an additional fee. You can find this option listed under Gift Cards & Services.  Please allow 1-2 working days for your piece to be handcrafted before it is dispatched.


Shipping

UK Orders
– Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 (depending on the option selected at checkout)
– You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way

International Orders
– Sent via Royal Mail Tracked International service
– You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched
– Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing
– Please note: buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties


Returns & Exchanges

I hope you love your VLDR Jewellery, but if for any reason you change your mind, you’re welcome to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Important: Before returning any item, you must first obtain return authorisation from me. Returns sent without prior authorisation will be refused. To start a return, please contact me via email within the 14-day window to receive your return authorisation.

Please note:
Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons
Custom and personalised orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or faulty

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll do my best to resolve it.


Custom Orders

Custom or personalised pieces — including bespoke solid gold designs — are made just for you, and as such, cannot be returned or exchanged. I take great care in working closely with you throughout the process to ensure everything is just right before production begins.


Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, any customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item or shipping price.

If you choose to return your order, customs and import fees are non-refundable, as they are charged by your local customs authority — not by VLDR Jewellery.

You may wish to contact your local customs office to see if they offer any kind of refund for returned goods, but this is handled entirely by your country's customs and is outside of my control.
